On Tuesday (August 11) Lil wayne appeared for a short time in a courtroom in Manhattan because of the 2007 arrest on gun possession charges.
The gun is apparently registered in Lil Wayne’s Managers Cortez Bryants name but the prosicution is determined to find a way to link the gun to the rapper. The prosecution has came forward with DNA against Lil Wayne but its questioned if they will be able to use the DNA evidence in court.
Waynes Lawer stated that the evidence is “Problematic” and that ” People assume that DNA is always accurate but thats not the facts”
